Fertility Care Coordinator
Location: West London Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 + benefits Hours: Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent
The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and organised Fertility Care Coordinator to join a leading private women's health and fertility service in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered Midwife who has experience supporting patients through fertility journeys, reproductive health pathways, women's health services, or assisted conception treatments. Previous fertility clinic experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of fertility treatments and the emotional, clinical, and practical support patients require throughout their journey.
You will act as a key point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment pathways and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from initial enquiry through to treatment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Coordination
Act as a dedicated point of contact for fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. Provide clear, empathetic, and accurate guidance to patients regarding fertility services and treatment pathways. Ensure patients receive all relevant information required to make informed decisions about their care. Coordinate patient pathways efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to treatment. Build strong relationships with patients and provide ongoing support throughout their fertility journey. Liaise closely with clinical, nursing, and laboratory teams to ensure treatment plans are delivered effectively.
Treatment Coordination
Process treatment plans accurately and within agreed timescales. Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules across multiple departments. Prepare and discuss treatment costings and pathway information with patients. Monitor patient treatment timelines and proactively coordinate upcoming cycles. Identify and resolve potential pathway delays or issues to maintain excellent patient care. Support patient engagement and retention initiatives.
Patient Enquiries & Customer Service
Respond to patient enquiries via telephone, email and online booking platforms. Provide a professional, personalised, and informative service to prospective patients. Support patient information events and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Administration & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection requirements. Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements. Complete mandatory training and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
