Business Process Analyst - AI & Data Transformation
Location: London Contract
We're hiring a Business Process Analyst to support a large-scale AI and data transformation programme . You'll help identify, map and prioritise opportunities where AI can deliver real business value, acting as the bridge between operations and technology teams.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing business areas to understand current processes and workflows Identifying and prioritising AI and data opportunities Mapping processes and translating findings into clear, actionable insights Supporting scoping and shaping of work for technical delivery teams Ensuring solutions deliver measurable value, impact and ROI Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and challenge thinking Supporting transformation from current-state to AI-enabled future state
What we're looking for
Experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst Experience working across AI transformation programmes Strong skills in process mapping, modelling and improvement Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
