Job Overview
We are seeking Highly Experienced Baker Pastry Chef professionals to join our team and lead their respective areas of production. These roles require skilled individuals with a passion for their craft, who can create exceptional products, lead a team, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Daily production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Maintain consistency and quality in all baked products. Manage ingredient inventory, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with management to plan seasonal menus and special promotions. Maintain and troubleshoot baking equipment as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Baker in a commercial or artisan bakery. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Creativity and innovation in developing new recipes and products. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
