Central London | Hybrid Working | £68,000 to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Chartered Infrastructure Engineer ready to take the next step into a strategic leadership role?
If you're looking for the opportunity to influence major infrastructure projects, lead high-performing teams and help shape the future direction of a growing engineering consultancy, this could be the move you've been waiting for.
What you'll be doing
You'll become a key leader within the Infrastructure Engineering team, taking ownership of technical excellence, commercial success and the development of engineers across a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure projects.
Working across sectors including rail and maritime, with opportunities to support highways, temporary works, geotechnics, aviation and water projects, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative engineering solutions while helping to grow both the team and client base.
You'll:
Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. Provide technical assurance and review complex engineering designs and calculations. Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients, becoming a trusted technical advisor. Lead bid submissions, fee proposals and work-winning activities. Oversee project programmes, budgets and commercial performance. Allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery. Mentor and develop engineers, supporting their journey towards Chartered status. Drive quality, governance and compliance with UK standards, Eurocodes and CDM Regulations. Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and smarter project delivery. Contribute to the strategic growth of the Infrastructure Engineering team.
This is an opportunity to join a respected, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with ambitious growth plans across the UK infrastructure sector.
You'll have genuine influence over the direction of the business, working alongside experienced technical leaders on nationally significant projects while helping to shape the next generation of engineers.
The business offers an environment where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted and your career progression is actively supported. You'll enjoy a collaborative culture, strong investment in professional development and the opportunity to make a real impact on both projects and people.
If you're looking for more than just another Associate role and want to be part of a business that's investing heavily in its future, this is an excellent opportunity.
