Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and play a critical role in the energy transition with a strong long-term outlook. As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for a Business Development Analyst to help build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports.
What will you do?
As our new Business Development Analyst, you will help create actionable insights based on auction and seabed leasing rounds, government targets, market intelligence etc. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions which meet client needs.
Your main tasks include:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis across the offshore wind sector, tracking project pipelines, opportunities, and industry trends. Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports summarising pipeline opportunities and market developments for senior management. Develop a network of relationships with stakeholders in the industry. Support development and maintenance of stakeholder data, ensuring accurate records of engagements, leads, and opportunities. Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events, promoting Cadeler and gathering intelligence. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, tools, and reporting methods.
