Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role offering exposure across the full finance function. You will play a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering, helping to drive performance and support business growth.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
Experience in financial management, ideally within the FMCG industry. A strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards. Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team. An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Relevant professional qualifications in accounting or finance. The ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
