Interested in moving beyond traditional actuarial work and into a broader risk role? We're partnering with a specialist life insurer looking to hire a Financial Risk Analyst to join its second-line risk function, working closely with senior risk and investment stakeholders across the business. What You'll Be Doing
Provide oversight and challenge across credit risk, ALM and investment activities Support risk review of BPA transactions, reinsurance arrangements and strategic initiatives Monitor financial risks and contribute to risk reporting for senior committees Support ORSA production and wider Solvency UK activities Participate in internal model validation and risk framework development Work directly with senior stakeholders across risk, actuarial and investment teams
About You
Part-qualified actuary or actuarial professional Background in life insurance, investments, pensions or financial risk Good understanding of credit risk, ALM or investment risk Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide constructive challenge Curious, proactive and keen to broaden your risk expertise
