Nurse Seekers are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly independent care home in Torquay who are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join their dedicated team.
About the Role: The successful Support Worker will provide high-quality, person-centred care to their residents, supporting them with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and social engagement
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate care records
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience, and Care qualifications are desirable
