What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in English or Maths A recognised teaching qualification Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning Experience managing a team and driving high standards is desirable A learner-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English or Maths to further education learners Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards across the department
