The Opportunity
You'll become the go-to expert for the firm's core business systems - Intelliflo, Omniphi, Virtual Cabinet, Moneyinfo, Sage, Adobe and Microsoft 365 - with real scope to shape how the business works, not just keep the lights on.

What You'll Be Doing
Acting as subject matter expert and second-line support for the firm's core business applications Managing system configuration, user access and troubleshooting workflow/data issues Supporting Microsoft 365 and working with the external IT provider on wider infrastructure Identifying system improvements and supporting delivery of projects, from requirements through to UAT Developing training materials and driving user adoption of new tools and processes
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting and administering business systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 Experience working with third-party software providers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management
Desirable: FCA-regulated business experience, Intelliflo/Moneyinfo exposure, a relevant IT/Business Systems/Business Analysis qualification, or process mapping and training/user adoption experience.
