We're looking for warm, caring, and professional Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Midhurst who are passionate about helping others live independently at home. Working in live-in care gives you the opportunity to provide dedicated one-to-one support while building genuine relationships with the people you care for.

What you'll do
Deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs Provide companionship and build trusted relationships Assist with personal care and daily routines Support safe mobility and moving and handling Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day Administer medication according to care plans Assist with housekeeping, laundry and household tasks Support clients with shopping and prescription collection Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing Work alongside families and healthcare professionals Keep care documentation accurate and up to date Help clients maintain dignity, independence and choice
What you'll bring
