IT Project Coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, client-facing project professional to join a supportive technology consultancy, helping coordinate IT migration, security, onboarding and customer deployment projects while developing towards broader project ownership.

SALARY: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid - Working 3 days from the City of London office (Faringdon / Chancery Lane EC1N) and 2 days from home

JOB OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and commercially aware IT Project Coordinator who enjoys working with clients, technical teams and structured delivery processes.
As the IT Project Coordinator you will support multiple projects across different stages of the lifecycle, helping to schedule work, maintain accurate project records, track actions and provide clear status updates.
The IT Project Coordinator will work closely with a senior project manager and technical colleagues, supporting a more structured and scalable PMO while developing confidence in delivery quality, client communication, project hygiene, governance and continuous improvement.
DUTIES
Your duties as the IT Project Coordinator include:
Coordinate Client Projects: Support multiple IT migration, security, onboarding and implementation projects across different stages of the lifecycle Manage Scheduling and Updates: Liaise with clients to organise project work, meetings, communications and progress updates Maintain Project Records: Keep accurate actions, timelines, status updates and project information in Notion Track Delivery Activity: Help monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, changes and blockers Support Project Governance: Assist with delivery governance across fixed-budget projects and Agile-style workflows Prepare Communications: Help produce project updates, meeting notes, user-facing guides and client communications Escalate Concerns: Raise blockers, scope concerns or client issues promptly and professionally Support Process Improvement: Identify repeated manual administration and suggest opportunities for automation or better ways of working Work with Technical Teams: Help keep project execution practical, clear, well sequenced and aligned with client expectations
