Finance Manager London | £60,000–£70,000 + benefits | Hybrid We are currently supporting a well-established and growing organisation based in London with the appointment of a Finance Manager . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to take ownership of a broad finance function within a commercially focused business. The Role Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and effective cash management. You will play a key role in supporting the wider business with financial insight and helping to drive improvements across the finance function. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day finance function, including AP, AR and general ledger Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting Manage month-end and year-end close processes Monitor cash flow, budgets and forecasts Prepare financial analysis and provide commercial insight to senior stakeholders Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance Support budgeting and forecasting processes Assist with statutory accounts and audit requirements Review and improve existing finance processes and systems Manage and develop junior members of the finance team Work closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business About YouWe are looking for someone who is commercially minded, hands-on and confident working across a broad finance remit. You will ideally have:
Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA status, or equivalent experience Strong experience within a Finance Manager or similar role Excellent knowledge of management accounts and month-end processes Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Strong Excel skills and good experience working with finance systems Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills The confidence to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders A proactive approach with the ability to work independently What's on Offer?
