Our client is the Leader in their field and have ambitious plans supported by strong business pipeline to double the revenue of their business by the end of 2028. To enable this, they are embarking on a bold and significant business transformation reviewing and improving operational processes across the Group and modernising their technology stack.
The existing data is being restructured and are moving towards Snowflake as their enterprise data platform. The team consist of Data Analytics and Insights and are forming a new Data Engineering function. Legacy systems need optimising, particularly around month end where issues need troubleshooting and improving, but also all new systems and data will flow into Snowflake.
We are seeking a Business Analyst that has experience of clarifying business requirements from stakeholders and converting to technical specs for the data engineering team to build from. There will be some data and process flows to manage too.
Essential Skills:
Business Analyst with extensive experience of capturing requirements from stakeholders to covert to technical specs for projects to be implemented Experience of Data Projects including data flows and engineering Ideally an Enterprise Data Platform such as Snowflake or Fabric or Databricks but essential and you don’t need to be a SME just project experience would be useful BA work on legacy, migration and new projects nice to have Agile including user stories Azure DevOps nice to have Must be able to work in Peterborough 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesdays)
