Location: Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter, EX2
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts
06:00 – 14:00 week 1 14:00 – 22:00 week 2
Pay Rate: £15.93 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Finishing Team, you will:
Polish, deburr, and clean precision-engineered components using specialist tools and equipment
Carry out detailed inspections to ensure products meet exact quality standards
Work from technical instructions and customer specifications
Prepare finished components for final dispatch and presentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Support continuous improvement and work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
A strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work
Previous experience in manufacturing, polishing, finishing, or similar hands-on environments (preferred but not essential)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
The ability to follow technical processes and procedures accurately
A reliable, flexible, and team-oriented approach
A strong awareness of health & safety practices
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
