Block Property Manager - (Croydon – Caterham Portfolio)
£33,000 - £38,000pa + £3,600 Car Allowance + Mileage allowance
Block Property Managers, are you looking for your next opportunity? If so, we have an exciting permanent opportunity where you will be responsible for the delivery of management services to a property portfolio covering Croydon to Caterham.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of block property management experience, plenty of drive and determination, be numerate and literate and possess outstanding communication and people skills. A similar social housing background may also be considered.
After the initial systems training, this role involves working from home 4 days per week and 1 day per week visiting 3 or 4 sites. You will also be required to attend the London office every other Friday for a team meeting.
As Block Property Manager you will be responsible for: -
Carrying out property Inspections and arranging maintenance: Inspections and Reports Overseeing finance: Budgets and Client Accounts Overseeing Insurance: Building, Directors and Officers insurance Attending meetings: AGMs, Directors’ and Residents’ meetings All related correspondence and administration Dealing with the breaches of the Lease Liaising with Contractors Property sales administration duties (Assignment of the Lease) Dealing with enquiries and complaints
You will need: -
At least one year experience in a block property management role or a similar social housing role Strong problem-solving and communication / relationship building skills A professional and confident approach To be highly organised, driven, flexible and self-motivated To be a car owner / driver due to the travelling involved in this role. To be able to start this permanent role in October 26 The ATPI Level 3 Qualification would be a distinct advantage

In return for your hard work, our client is offering a salary of £33,000 - £38,000pa + £3,600pa Car Allowance + Mileage Allowance, 25 days holiday which rises with service, ongoing training and support and many more benefits once probation is passed.
The working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required.
