Are you a Project Manager from a highways or civil engineering background, looking to join a thriving and diverse company, where you will be integral to the delivery of large scale, multi-million-pound highway projects?
In this role you will be responsible for the hands-on management of vital projects on county highways. This will range from leading and coordinating the delivery of these projects, plan resource capacity and workflow, identify and minimise risks, provide expert solutions to queries and coaching and mentoring of junior staff.
Founded over a decade ago, this company design, construct and maintain highway systems. This ranges from consultations of infrastructure improvement, electrical works and the building of roads. This company is rapidly expanding and need an experienced Project Controller to join the team and streamline these processes.
This role would suit somebody who is a Project Manager from a civil engineering or highways background, looking to step into a fast-growing company, where you will be a vital and prominent asset to their operations in highway delivery.
The Role:
Overseeing, leading and coordinating the delivery of highway projects Plan resource capacity and workflow to maximise productivity and efficiency Risk and safety management Mentoring and management of a team of Project Engineers 9-5, Monday to Friday, 37 hours. Flexible working hours available
