The Role
Lead pricing activity across a diverse Casualty portfolio. Partner closely with Underwriters to provide meaningful pricing insight and portfolio recommendations. Support pricing model development, rating tool enhancements, and process improvements. Deliver analysis to assess portfolio performance, profitability and emerging trends. Contribute to business planning, performance monitoring and strategic pricing initiatives. Manage and mentor two direct reports, supporting their technical and professional development. Act as a key stakeholder across Underwriting, Portfolio Management and senior leadership teams.
About You
Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent). Strong experience within London Market / Lloyd's Pricing. Casualty pricing experience preferred. Comfortable partnering with senior underwriting stakeholders. Prior people management experience is beneficial, although candidates with informal leadership experience will also be considered. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into commercial recommendations. Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
