Project Architect Location:Harrogate Salary: £40-44,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA Chartered Practice that delivers award-winning design services across the retail and commercial sectors. They are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Project Architect to join their Harrogate studio.

Duties for the role of Project Architect include:
Lead and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion Manage projects effectively, coordinating design, technical delivery, and project programmes Prepare and oversee planning applications and detailed building regulation packages Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders Attend site visits and undertake surveys to monitor progress and ensure technical compliance Lead project teams and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget
Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:
ARB registered Architect with a recognised UK architectural qualification Relevant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages Experience working on complex projects across a range of sectors, ideally including retail and commercial Proficiency in Revit is desirable Strong knowledge of UK planning processes and Building Regulations Excellent design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills Strong client-facing, communication, and organisational skills Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
