Diabetes Specialist Nurse & Nurse Manager
Salary: £30 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Part-time - 3-4 days per week
We're working with a friendly, medium-sized GP practice looking for an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse & Nurse Manager to join their established team. This could be a practice nurse, Nurse practitioner, or ACP.
This is an interesting dual-role opportunity, combining clinical diabetes expertise with nursing leadership and management . You'll play a key role in supporting the nursing team while continuing to deliver high-quality care to patients with diabetes and other long-term conditions.

What We're Looking For
Diabetes diploma qualification

Previous nursing management experience or equivalent

Strong clinical experience in diabetes management Experience with other chronic diseases - desirable EMIS Web experience - desirable Can be a Practice nurse or ANP or ACP Confident working autonomously while supporting and leading a nursing team
