Our client is a leading international event technology company, renowned for its innovative event platforms and networking services. It partners with top trade-show organisers worldwide, delivering one-to-one meetings and digital solutions at large-scale exhibitions. The business is recognised for its forward-thinking team and strong client focus.
The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital event platforms for international trade shows. You will manage projects from specification through to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is primarily based in the Clevedon office and involves close collaboration with development, customer experience, and client teams. Domestic and international travel may be required.
Responsibilities will include
Carry out the build of projects on the digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors, and delegates maximise networking opportunities. Provide professional guidance to clients to develop a quality product suited to each event’s sector, users, and objectives. Deliver presentations and training to clients and platform users to encourage engagement. Communicate with the Development team to stay up to date with new features and recommend improvements. Liaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively. Exceed expectations in terms of product quality. Ensure internal systems and processes are maintained.
The Person
The ideal candidate is a technically and data savvy Project Manager with great communication skills, who excels at data manipulation, thrives in a collaborative environment, and delivers clear, high-level presentations in English.
Strong technical background with excellent data manipulation skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities. Excellent digital skills Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates as needed. Trade show or events experience is preferred but not essential. Additional language proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, or Mandarin would be an advantage.
The Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

£30,000–£35,000
