An expanding and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects within a collaborative and growing consultancy environment.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments. This role would suit a client-facing Project Quantity Surveyor eager to progress their career while gaining exposure to high-quality projects and strong mentorship from an experienced leadership team.
The consultancy is particularly keen to speak with a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion and building strong client relationships. With a healthy pipeline of secured work, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join a consultancy focused on long-term growth and employee development.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will deliver both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing cost plans and budget estimates Managing tendering and procurement processes Contract administration and cost reporting Attending client and site meetings Monitoring project budgets and financial performance Supporting senior surveyors on larger schemes Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Project Quantity Surveyor
The consultancy is seeking a professional and commercially aware Project Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience.
Requirements include:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience Strong pre and post contract knowledge Experience across a range of construction sectors Excellent communication and organisational skills MRICS or working towards chartership preferred Full UK driving licence preferred
