Associate Pricing Director or Pricing Director, Pension Risk Transfer Corporate Pension Solutions (CPS) is a division within M&G Life with a remit to design and deliver bulk purchase annuities and alternative de-risking products for Defined Benefit pension schemes. Due to ongoing success and a strong opportunity set, the team is adding headcount in a number of areas. The remit of the Pricing team is broad and the successful candidate will have exposure to an extremely wide variety of projects. CPS has ambitious new business targets and is looking for exceptional people who will help deliver results. We are seeking an Associate Pricing Director or Pricing Director to join our growing Pension Risk Transfer business. The appointment level will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills and demonstrable impact in the market. Key Responsibilities for this role:
Leading end-to-end pricing for BPAs and other de risking solutions Working with colleagues from across the business and outsourcing partners to integrate commercial, investment, longevity, reinsurance, balance sheet management and structuring workstreams into pricing projects Supporting senior stakeholders across M&G Life with technical analysis, strategy, business planning and ad hoc queries Supporting distribution and transaction management colleagues with the production of high quality client deliverables and wider relationship management activities Leading the development of new and enhanced modelling capability, including tech solutions across the CPS pricing infrastructure Manage commercial outsourcing arrangements Leading the ongoing pricing development of novel bulk annuity transaction structures, reinsurance solutions, and new product lines Leading Pricing projects run in partnership with the Treasury and Investment Office, Finance Strategy & Finance Reporting teams Study mentoring and wider development support to junior team members Opportunity but not requirement for line management
