Ideal Requirements for the Business Development Manager
Proven commercial success in aesthetics – Strong track record in business development, territory sales or account management within medical aesthetics, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Direct medical aesthetics experience – Experience selling aesthetic devices, injectables, skincare, regenerative treatments or related solutions, with a strong understanding of the aesthetics market. Strong Irish aesthetics network – Established relationships with aesthetic practitioners, clinic owners and key industry contacts across the Irish market. Entrepreneurial, new-business mindset – Proven ability to identify opportunities, win new clinic accounts and build a territory within the aesthetics sector. Exceptional relationship-building skills – Confident engaging with practitioners and clinic owners, with the credibility and communication skills to build long-term partnerships and represent a premium aesthetics brand.
Role Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager
Lead the launch and growth across Ireland - Take ownership of the commercial development and successful launch of an exciting aesthetics portfolio, driving market penetration, product adoption and sustainable growth across Ireland. Become a leading voice in the Irish aesthetics market - Build your profile as a trusted brand ambassador, developing strong relationships with leading aesthetic practitioners, clinic owners, KOLs and influential industry stakeholders. Build and grow a high-value customer network - Identify and engage with high-potential clinics and practitioners across dermal fillers, regenerative aesthetics, skin quality and intimate health — converting new opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. Own your territory strategy and commercial success - Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, identifying key growth opportunities and turning them into increased revenue, market penetration and new business. Champion education, innovation and customer success - Work alongside Clinical Education and Marketing to deliver engaging training, educational events, product launches and customer activations that help practitioners maximise the potential of the portfolio within their clinics.
