Job Title: Paediatric Nurse Banding: 5 Location: Leeds Pay Rates: £23-£40 per hour
Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurses to join our team and work within a prestigious NHS Trust based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to children and young people in a supportive clinical environment.
Pay rates range from £23 to £35 per hour on PAYE (Days £23, Nights/Saturdays £29, Sundays/Bank Holidays £35) and £27 to £40 per hour under Umbrella (Days £27, Nights/Saturdays £33, Sundays/Bank Holidays £40).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual patient needs.
Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with Trust policies.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.
Communicate effectively with children and their families, offering reassurance, education, and emotional support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control policies.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
Paediatric nursing qualification (RN Child).
Previous experience working within a paediatric setting.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child-focused care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
