Salary: £49,000 - £55,000 per annum Location: Charley Wood Road (Hybrid working) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a key role within our finance team, providing financial leadership, accurate reporting, and business partnering support across the organisation.

About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of monthly management accounts, profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will be a trusted finance business partner to operational teams across the business, ensuring that financial information is accurate, timely, and supports commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts. Manage and review profit and loss accounts and balance sheets. Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with monthly reporting schedules. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Act as a Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across the wider business. Lead, develop, and support the finance team. Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate and support external audit processes. Assist with system and process improvements, including the transition to COINS. Analyse financial performance and provide insight to support decision-making. Ensure all deadlines are met within a fast-paced commercial environment.
About You
We are looking for a qualified accountant who is confident working independently and can manage competing priorities effectively.
Essential Requirements
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience. Strong experience in both Management Accounting and Financial Accounting. Experience managing profit and loss accounts and balance sheets. Experience supporting and managing external audits. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work proactively without close supervision.
