Are you a Chartered Structural Engineer looking to take full ownership of a team and play a key role in growing a consultancy, rather than waiting years for a leadership opportunity to arise?
On offer is the chance to step into a genuine leadership position where you'll lead an established Structural Engineering team, influence business strategy and help drive the practice towards larger and more complex projects, all whilst remaining heavily involved in technical engineering work.
This multidisciplinary consultancy provides Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying services across London and the South East. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the Structural Engineering department, managing workloads, mentoring engineers and acting as the senior technical authority across a diverse project portfolio. You will also play a key role in client management, winning new work and helping to grow the scale and value of projects delivered by the business.
This role would suit a Chartered Structural Engineer looking for greater autonomy, leadership responsibility and the opportunity to shape the future direction of a growing consultancy.
