Architect
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £35-42,000
We are seeking an experienced and creative Architect with a passion for building conservation to join a friendly, RIBA-chartered practice based in Oxfordshire. The practice has a strong focus on sustainability and historic buildings, taking pride in revitalising existing structures through innovative, thoughtful and sensitive design. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Architect to play a key role in the preservation and enhancement of historic buildings while leading projects from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
Work on projects through all stages, from concept to completion Manage project budgets and programmes Assist with contract administration duties Work on the conservation, maintenance and repair of historic buildings Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD Apply creative and sustainable design solutions to a range of projects Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard while respecting the historic significance of buildings

The successful Architect will ideally have:
ARB registration Significant UK-based post-Part 3 experience Must live in the Oxfordshire region A genuine passion for building conservation Experience managing a small team and supporting their development Strong project and budget management skills Experience in contract management and contract administration Knowledge of historic building conservation, maintenance and repair Proficiency in AutoCAD A full, clean driving licence and access to a car
