Our client, a leading player in the Defence & Security sector, is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Aberdeen on a contract basis. This project, focusing on defence-related initiatives, demands a comprehensive understanding of repeatable manufacturing processes and ERP-based mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse business processes within a defence-related context to identify improvement opportunities Map manufacturing processes and ensure they are aligned with the ERP system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements Provide insights and recommendations to optimise process efficiency Develop comprehensive reports and documentation to support decision-making Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to defence and security Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit and validate business requirements Ensure successful delivery of project milestones within the 4-month contract period
Job Requirements:
Experience in business analysis, particularly within the defence and security sector Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their repeatability Proficiency in ERP systems and process mapping Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week in Aberdeen Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Capacity to work under IR35 compliance for a 4-month contract Ability to commence work imminently and partake in an interview process this week
