Principal Accountabilities
Lead the mobilisation and end-to-end delivery of a global ERP transformation programme from initiation through design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to business-as-usual operations. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, programme milestones, business priorities, resource requirements, dependencies, and budget constraints. Establish and maintain effective governance structures, including steering committees, project boards, working groups, decision-making forums, and executive reporting mechanisms. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, technology, operations, and third-party implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives. Build and maintain effective relationships with executive sponsors, senior stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners to drive engagement, decision-making, and programme alignment. Work closely with business analysts and solution teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned to the future-state operating model. Support ERP design, configuration, testing, data migration, integration, deployment, and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with Change Management teams to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organisational readiness, and user adoption activities. Monitor programme performance against agreed KPIs and delivery objectives, implementing corrective actions where required. Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators, ensuring contractual obligations, deliverables, quality standards, and timelines are achieved. Promote project management best practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of programme delivery frameworks, governance standards, and organisational methodologies.
