Project Quantity Surveyor (Build)
- Permanent role
- Site based
- Initially would be based on a live project in Accrington for a
short period as the project finishes to learn the systems and take over some well progressed final accounts. Project completion likely to be December 26.
- Following this based in the office working on the Church
projects below before mobilising to site:
- Church – Liverpool – Approx £13m – 80 week project – JCT

- Lead the full sub-contract procurement process—from enquiries
to signed agreements
- Review and negotiate competitive subcontractor quotations
- Manage valuations and payments, ensuring accurate and timely
accounts
- Take ownership of final accounts and client variations,
securing best value
- Support key monthly CVR and P&L reporting to track project
performance
- Prepare and submit applications for payment with confidence and
accuracy
- Carry out site measurements to keep projects on track and on
budget
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping them thrive
- Be an active voice in project meetings, collaborating across
teams
- Keep everything running smoothly with strong admin and
compliance standards
- Continuously develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic
