Your role
As an Early Years Educator , you'll play an important part in children's everyday experiences.
You'll plan and support engaging activities, follow children's interests and help them develop socially, emotionally and intellectually.
You'll build positive relationships with children and their families, support their individual development and make sure every child feels included, listened to and encouraged .
You might spend the morning creating something together, head outside to explore the garden, enjoy a story after lunch and finish the day celebrating a new milestone.
It's a role where the little moments really do matter.
