Transformation Business Analyst | Hospitality & Retail
12-18 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Our client, a leading hospitality and retail organisation, is looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join their Central Delivery team, supporting the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the business.
Working with stakeholders across multiple functions, you'll play a key role in understanding business needs, defining requirements, analysing processes, and helping deliver digital solutions that improve both customer and colleague experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops to understand business challenges and define future-state solutions. Produce and maintain "as-is" and "to-be" process maps. Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and digital customer journeys. Work closely with project managers, product owners, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to support successful project delivery. Support digital transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation and business readiness. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring business needs are understood and translated into effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering business or digital transformation projects. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills. Experience working on digital initiatives, including websites, mobile applications, customer platforms, or other digital products. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. A collaborative approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience within hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused industries would be beneficial.
