The Account Executive is responsible for the creation, qualification, pitching and closing all new revenue from organisations between 300-2000 employees.
The Account Executive is responsible for building positive relationships and ensuring the adoption of our software to solve our customers’ business problems.
The Account Executives seek to grow AvePoint customer base through the development and executive of GTM motions in line with market trends. Account Executives will work both directly with and through our channel partners to solve customer problems by leveraging the AvePoint Confidence platform. Additionally, the Account Executive may be required to maintain (renew) and grow (upsell + cross sell) a small group of existing AvePoint customers at the discretion of management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by aligning with market trends and executing Go to Market strategies alongside the sales team.
Drive customer satisfaction across pre- and post-sales stages, building strong relationships at all levels including decision makers, influencers, and procurement.
Grow AvePoint’s market presence by developing the brand as a thought leader and expanding relationships within key accounts and channel partners.
Serve as a trusted advocate for customers, acting as their liaison to the AvePoint account team and ensuring prompt responses to queries within 24 hours.
Manage account details, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and real-time visibility for management.
Maintain a deep understanding of assigned accounts, including their business profile, key contacts, competitive landscape, and technology footprint.
Leverage AvePoint’s solutions to broaden engagement within accounts, effectively positioning offerings against competitors and driving value-based sales strategies.
Lead and collaborate with internal virtual account teams and channel partner Account Executives to execute territory plans and maximise account penetration.
Support AvePoint events, promotions, and actively mentor others to contribute to the company’s growth objectives and team success.
