Key responsibilities
Lead quarterly and annual reserving exercises Deliver reserve analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders Monitor reserve adequacy and emerging claims trends Support reserving methodology development and process improvement Contribute to regulatory reporting and business planning activities Line management of analysts within the team
Requirements
Qualified actuary with post-qualification reserving experience Strong London Market and/or Lloyd's market knowledge Demonstrable experience communicating reserve results to senior audiences Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements Ability to provide commercial insight alongside technical expertise Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
