We are seeking an Early Years Lecturer to join a friendly, supportive Further Education team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality teaching, supporting learners to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence as they progress towards their future careers.
Key Requirements:
Relevant degree or equivalent industrial/professional qualification in Early Years or a related field
Recognised teaching qualification
Up-to-date knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum
Strong understanding of challenges in teaching and learning within Further Education
