About the Role
As a Further Education Lecturer, you'll play a vital role in delivering engaging, high-quality teaching that inspires learners to achieve their full potential.
Depending on your subject specialism and experience, you will:
Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across your specialist subject area. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum requirements. Support learners to achieve their academic, personal, and career goals. Monitor learner progress, assess work, and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Differentiate teaching to support learners with varying abilities and additional learning needs. Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
