Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor | Bristol Circa £60k + package Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy where your career development is genuinely prioritised? We're working with an established and highly respected consultancy that has built an enviable reputation across the South West and beyond. With a strong pipeline of work, excellent staff retention and a collaborative culture, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help deliver an exciting portfolio of projects across a range of sectors. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration and commercial management while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams. You'll gain exposure to varied and high-profile developments, supported by experienced leaders who are committed to helping you progress your career. The ideal candidate will have:
Consultancy or client-side Quantity Surveying experience Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts Experience in cost management, procurement and contract administration Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills MRICS status (or working towards it) would be advantageous Full UK driving licence
