Business Analyst Up to £60,000 + benefits Chippenham (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a highly operational, technology-driven environment delivering bespoke software solutions within a complex production setting.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and development teams, working with real-time data, integrated systems and fast-moving workflows to design and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
This role sits within a collaborative technology function and requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working close to the detail. You will gain exposure to complex system integrations, high-volume transactional data, and time-critical delivery processes.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong technical experience who enjoys working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments and wants to have a direct impact on business performance.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse and document requirements Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation Support the delivery of business and technology change initiatives Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions Collaborate with operational, project and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs Help coordinate project activity and maintain effective communication across stakeholders Contribute to business change, user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience
Previous experience working as a Business Analyst Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Ability to map, analyse and improve business processes Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels Experience supporting change, transformation or system implementation projects Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
