Support Worker
Location: Devon (Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas)
Salary: £25,989.60 - £29,702.40 per annum (£14.28ph) This excludes sleep in allowance of £60 per sleep in.
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 – 40 hours per week)

We’re seeking compassionate, enthusiastic and inspiring individuals to join our North Devon homes. Our homes are based in the Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas. You’ll bring energy, positivity and a genuine passion for helping children thrive. The right candidate will be engaging, nurturing and able to create a fun, safe and empowering environment where younger children feel supported and encouraged to grow.
To apply, you do not need previous experience or formal qualifications. We welcome applicants who are new to the sector. However, we do prefer candidates who have experience working with children or young people in any setting, and who can demonstrate empathy, reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development.
