A unique opportunity to help create inspiring spaces that make a real difference.

Their projects positively impact schools, hospitals, care homes and specialist support facilities, creating spaces that enhance learning, wellbeing and independence.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Senior Project Consultant to manage client projects from initial consultation through to design handover.
This isn't a hard-selling sales role. It's about building trusted relationships, understanding client needs and turning ideas into innovative spaces that genuinely improve lives.
The Role
Working across London and the South East, you'll meet clients on-site to understand their vision, survey spaces and gather all project requirements before handing over to the in-house design team.
You'll become a trusted advisor, helping clients explore possibilities while ensuring every project is accurately scoped from the outset.
You'll be responsible for:
Meeting clients across schools, healthcare environments, care homes and specialist facilities. Conducting detailed site surveys, taking accurate measurements and recording project requirements. Listening carefully to clients and translating their vision into clear project briefs. Providing creative ideas and recommendations to maximise each space. Managing projects through the sales pipeline using the CRM. Following up enquiries promptly and maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the process. Building long-term relationships with schools, academies, local authorities and healthcare organisations. Conducting video meetings where required during the consultation process. Supporting successful project delivery by liaising with the design and project teams. Attending trade shows and industry events. Completing project handovers and providing product training following installation. Attending the head office on a weekly basis.
