As a Business Analyst you will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into practical, deliverable change across programmes, projects, and organisational initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyse business needs, define requirements, map current and future processes, and support informed decision-making around services, systems, operating models, and ways of working. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our teams have the tools, knowledge, and processes they need to deliver a high quality service. You will:

Lead business analysis activities across programmes and projects, working with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define business needs and translate them into clear, actionable outcomes. Shape future services, operating models and organisational arrangements through discovery, analysis and option development, providing evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making. Define, analyse and manage business, user and system requirements, ensuring solutions align with organisational priorities, user needs, statutory obligations and delivery objectives. Analyse services, processes and ways of working to identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, supporting effective service design, organisational resilience and benefits realisation. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and design activities, bringing together colleagues, partners and stakeholders to build shared understanding, resolve ambiguity and develop practical solutions. Provide expert business analysis advice across programmes and projects, working with teams and partners to strengthen governance, readiness, change delivery and the adoption of consistent business analysis practices.

What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with: Essential

Significant experience in business analysis, service design, process improvement or organisational transformation within complex environments. Strong experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, analysis and option appraisal, with the ability to produce clear recommendations and supporting artefacts.
