HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + overtime and benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a well-established and growing facilities management business that is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer to join its engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and installations. The Role As an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
on HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across a range of equipment,
including split systems, VRF/VRV systems and AHUs
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and minor installation
works
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant
regulations and company procedures
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service while working
independently across client sites
- Participating in an on-call rota where required
The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Proven experience as an HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer
- Relevant F-Gas qualification
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with a range of commercial air conditioning
and HVAC equipment
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Additional electrical or mechanical qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential. What's on Offer
