Group Marketing Manager
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Working pattern: Office five days per week
Reporting to: Group CEO
The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Group Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across a growing portfolio of property services and technology brands .
This is a high-impact role with direct access to the Group CEO and the opportunity to shape how we approach marketing across the business.
You'll take the group's commercial objectives and turn them into clear marketing priorities, campaigns and measurable results – bringing greater structure, pace and commercial focus to the function.
You'll manage an existing Campaign Manager as well as our external marketing agency and specialist partners.
We're looking for someone who enjoys both strategy and delivery . You'll have the autonomy to set direction and challenge how things are currently done, but you'll also be comfortable getting involved and making things happen.
What you'll be doing
You'll take day-to-day ownership of group marketing, including:
Developing and delivering annual and quarterly marketing plans across multiple brands Turning commercial objectives into campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline and revenue Managing customer acquisition across digital, email, content, organic, partner and event channels Improving website journeys, conversion rates and digital performance Developing CRM, nurture and lifecycle marketing activity Supporting product launches, new propositions and website development Driving product adoption, cross-selling, upselling and customer reactivation Maintaining strong and consistent brand positioning across websites, campaigns and communications Managing and developing our Campaign Manager Directing our external marketing agency and specialist suppliers Setting clear briefs, priorities, budgets, deadlines and performance measures Working closely with sales, product, operations and compliance Using customer, sales and campaign data to identify opportunities and improve performance Measuring marketing against leads, pipeline, conversion, acquisition cost, engagement and revenue Identifying underperforming activity and making confident decisions about where investment should be increased, changed or stopped
