Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor – Partner, 10+ Years’ PQE, Surrey, Market Rate. An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm and play a leading role in the continued growth of its specialist practice. - Lead a well-established Insolvency and Restructuring team, advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies and turnaround solutions.
- Provide commercially focused legal advice across both formal and informal insolvency processes, acting as a trusted adviser to businesses, insolvency practitioners and other key stakeholders.
- Play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the department by developing new client relationships, strengthening existing connections and identifying opportunities for cross-referral and wider business development.
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors in England and Wales with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and significant experience in Insolvency and Restructuring Law.
- The successful candidate will possess outstanding technical expertise across insolvency and related corporate and commercial matters, together with a proven track record of leading complex matters, building client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice.
