Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor
Location: Dorset Hybrid
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week – part-time and flexible working considered
Employment: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: £47,172 – £53,980 + £4,315 market supplement
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Health Nursing Advisor to join an established Occupational Health team.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake management referrals and provide clear, evidence-based reports Support the wider Occupational Health team with clinical leadership and supervision Deputise for senior Occupational Health colleagues when required Provide guidance on health, wellbeing and fitness for work Build strong relationships with managers, employees and key stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a committed and experienced Occupational Health professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should have strong clinical knowledge and experience within an Occupational Health setting, with the ability to work independently and provide senior-level advice.
