About Us

As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for a Junior Management Accountant .
The Role
As a Junior Management Accountant, working with our Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing insights that help drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Budgeting and Forecasting: Help prepare budgets and forecasts, providing key insights to ensure the company meets its financial targets. Cost Analysis: Analyse cost drivers and assist with cost control measures, offering suggestions for operational efficiency improvements. Variance Analysis: Help monitor and report on variances between budgeted and actual performance, providing explanations and recommendations. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of internal controls and streamline financial processes. Support the Finance Manager: Provide support with year-end accounts, audits, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CIMA, AAT). Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems a plus). Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive attitude, willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
