Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our client in Chippenham to recruit a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-driven Management Accountant to join our clients expanding team.

Duties as a Management Accountant:
Preparing monthly management accounts, providing analysis. Lead the site's finance function and manage and support the Finance Assistant Manage Accounts Payable processes, including supplier invoice processing, reconciliations and query resolution Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecasts Monitor financial performance Produce sales and margin reporting Support payroll administration Owning the reconciliation and consolidation of all balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies. Supporting the Finance Director with the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cycles. Assisting the Finance Director with reporting requirements to the Group finance function. Supporting the income reconciliation process. Take responsibility for risk management and compliance activities, including preparing and submitting VAT returns to HMRC. Ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies. Support the annual audit process. Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and controls. Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.
