Data & AI Architect Up to £100,000
We have partnered with a growing Microsoft-focused consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in its Data & AI practice.
Following significant growth and increasing customer demand for modern data, analytics and AI solutions, the business is looking to appoint a Data & AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across a diverse client portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy in a role that combines architecture, client engagement, technical leadership and solution design. You will work with senior stakeholders to help organisations unlock greater value from their data while leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies.
Working closely with clients, project teams and senior leadership, you will define solution architectures, lead technical workshops, support pre-sales activities and provide architectural governance across strategic transformation programmes. You will play a key role in helping customers adopt modern data platforms, analytics capabilities and AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Designing enterprise-scale Data, Analytics and AI architectures Architecting modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure and related Microsoft technologies Leading customer workshops to capture requirements and shape solution strategy Creating scalable, secure and cost-effective analytics and AI solutions Establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks and best practices Supporting pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proposals and tender responses Producing architecture, technical and functional documentation Advising clients on AI adoption, cloud strategy and data transformation initiatives
Skills & Experience
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Data ecosystem including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL and Power BI Experience designing modern data architecture including Lakehouse, Data Mesh, ETL and Master Data Management approaches Understanding of AI technologies including Machine Learning, Generative AI and Responsible AI practices Experience delivering solutions within Agile environments Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership teams
