Product Manager Birmingham (hybrid) £45,000 to £55,000 per annum Permanent
Product Manager - What will you be doing?
- Owning the product strategy and roadmap for the digital remittance platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Managing the end-to-end customer journey from registration and KYC processes through beneficiary management, transfers, tracking, and customer support.
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver enhancements for both mobile and web products that improve usability and performance.
- Leading integrations with banks, payment gateways, card processors, mobile money operators, and internal wallet systems to expand payment options.
- Monitoring product performance using data analytics tools as well as direct customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Managing the product backlog including user stories, testing phases such as UAT, and production releases to maintain high standards of quality.
Product Manager - What will you need?
- Proven experience in Product Management roles within fintech or related sectors such as remittance or digital banking.
- Skills developing comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps tailored to evolving market demands.
- Your approach centres on designing products that prioritise customer needs through empathetic research and thoughtful UX/UI decisions.
- Technical knowledge covers API integration processes as well as familiarity with payment gateway technologies essential for expanding platform capabilities.
- Project management abilities grounded in agile methodologies enabling you to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset allowing you to interpret data-driven insights for continuous improvement while addressing challenges responsively.
